Our guide was Mrs Vanessa Zubboli. She was a very competent and friendly guide. We enjoyed our tour very much, got excellent informations and rember it in a very special way.

I arrived for the day of the tour; but unfortunately because there was a trike in Rome; all of the places I was to see were closed. (Colloseum, etc)
My tour guide was very sympathetic; and when we called urban tours; I was told that unfortunately I could not be reimbursed for my tour b/c it was not the company's fault that Italy was on worker's strike.
Rather than have me return back to my hotel; my guide said she could show me around some of the areas close to where we were.
My guide was able to walk around the colloseum though and gave me some insight into the historical aspects of of what I would have seen on the tour.
She was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the time she spent trying her best to give me a little bit of a tour without being able to go inside any of the ruins.
